That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all perfumes and fragrance products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return a Product

To request a return, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:

  2. Provide Details: Share your reason for return (e.g., damaged item, wrong product, or general dissatisfaction).

  3. Shipping: We will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that for non-defective returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  5. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must not be significantly used or intentionally damaged.

  • All accessories or promotional items included with the purchase must be returned.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Amount will be credited back to your card.

  • Bank Transfer / COD (Pakistan): Amount will be transferred to your provided bank account.
